It is a tremendously daunting task for a small business to find a reputable firm willing to take on the small guy, delivering quality work at a reasonable price, in a timely manner. After 3 very unsuccessful campaigns with other firms, Veraqua came to our rescue and delivered beyond expectations.
It was extremely important for me to find a firm willing to accept my views, wants, and needs and not push theirs onto me. During the design phase, I found Deb and Leana to be extremely knowledgeable but yet sensitive to my views and desires. I quickly developed a great deal of comfort with the crew which allowed me to take a very hands-off approach throughout the project and therefore devoting my time elsewhere. Our project; identity, business cards, marketing postcards, website, letterhead, truck design, uniform design, were created on time and best of all within budget.
Besides their creative talents, I was most impressed with Veraqua’s proactive approach. A year after our sites launch, I was contacted by our designer Leana and Enrique, the lead programmer. They suggested redesigning the site, giving it a sleeker look, and updating the back-end technology to increase speed, and implement some search engine optimization tools. Despite economic hardship throughout all industries, we have seen an increase of 325% in our site’s traffic, inbound calls are up 20% and revenue is up 25%. I emphatically recommend Veraqua.
